Taunton Breast Friends Support Group was founded by Heather Lamont to provide a friendly, safe supportive group for those diagnosed with Breast Cancer in the Taunton & Somerset area.
The group provides a place to share experiences & support each other for people from all backgrounds who are currently having treatment or those who are a few years on. The group makes a huge difference to all the members as they no longer feel alone. We have monthly meetings where everyone can enjoy refreshments and a chat.
We have regular guest speakers that provide relevant information for breast cancer patients.
Taunton Breast Friends have lots of fun social events and fundraising activities throughout the year where many memories and friendships are made.
Taunton Breast Friends also promote the importance of breast screening.
